Hygene

Everyone that we have talked to worries about the clenliness of the bed they will be provided in their dorm room.  This is a very valid concern.  Most college dormitory mattresses have been used for many years, by many different students.  This is the case at every university!  Dorm Choices has addressed this problem by providing BRAND NEW, CLEAN, and HYGENIC products for use in and on the dorm bed.  You do NOT know who slept on your bed last year, but with a Dorm Choices Topper, you will know that you are the first person to sleep on that surface.  Make the hygenic choice and put a barrier between you and your used university-supplied mattress.

Bed Bugs

Safety

Our toppers are certified to pass all federal, state, and local fire safety standards.  Toppers that you find availalbe at popular retailers such as Bed, Bath & Beyond do NOT even pass the most lenient fire safety standards (CPSC 16 CRF Part 1632.5).  Our toppers are the ONLY toppers that are certified by your school to pass relevant safety standards.  Other toppers available at popular retailers ARE NOT certified to pass these standards and could be subject to confiscation.  Without getting too technical, our various products have been certified compliant with the following safety standards*:

To reiterate, our toppers PASS federal, state, local, and university-mandated fire safety standards.  OTHER TOPPERS DO NOT PASS!  Do not risk your safety or risk confiscation of your other, inferior mattress topper - buy the only topper certified for safe and allowable use on your college campus. 

*Different products pass different tests.  All of our toppers pass 1632.5, which is the relevant federal fire safety standard for mattress toppers.  Our other products have passed any relevant test for safe use in your particular state, city, or any regulation put in place by your university, which supercedes any lower baseline established by federal, state, or local law.
